Hmm...guess I'll help criticize....hope you don't mind. It's an AP art habit...and you said it's appreciated...and I don't want to study for my Calculus exam tomorrow...

Well...her eyes are completely different shapes, though they both look nice. Since her head is titled, and the right side of her face is exposed more, the left side of her face should be less exposed, so her left eye should be smaller (also, normally the inside of far corner of the eye should show a little bit to give depth) for the same reason, her face on that side is too big...but the distance you have from her eye ending and her face line beginning is good; basically if you fix the eye, everything else will carry over and look more proportionate. Her lips are also a bit too small. The bottom lip should have more emphasis than the top lip, from what I can see, it looks like you drew her top lip to cover her bottom lip...it might just be a weird effect though...it's hard to tell on a laptop. The shading on her face should be alot more though, along with her hair.

Everything else looks really nice though :] I like the way you shade, it's soft and uniform.
